I lost my 2 Year Maintenance Plan. How can I get it replaced?

You are required to have the plan with you to redeem your service(s) at the service center. Please call customer service at 844-692-2700 ext 2 and leave a message requesting a replacement plan.

I have moved and want to find a new service center.

No problem at all. Simply call our customer service team at 844-297-2700 ext 2 and request to have your plan transferred to another service center.

Im trying to login and having trouble.

Customers do not have a log in access on our website. Only SERVICE CENTER’s have login access to verify customers. If you need to know your assigned service center or need any assistance please call our customer service team at 844-692-2700 ext 2 and leave a message and we will respond within 24 hours.

What does the plan cover on my oil changes(s)?

The 2 year maintenance plan covers 5 standard oil changes. These oil changes include up to 5 quarts of conventional oil and filter. If you vehicle requires synthetic oil or more than 5 quarts of oil, the service center is required to charge the difference. Keep in mind the plan is given to you complimentry, and the dealer and or service center cannot authorize anything other than what is printed on the plan. No verbal agreements honored.

When I activate it says… “Service not available in my area”

Our Maintenance Plan is guaranteed in the metro areas of the dealership’s principal place of business and coverage areas beyond that are available in most major cities nationwide. The plan comes complimentary with your vehicle and does not increase the price of the vehicle. In the rare case we do not have a service center in your area, Car Care Promotions has nationwide partnerships with many ASE Certified facilities in your city and we will extend all our special offers and discounts to you we have with our partners. When I active my plan is says… “Plan not valid”

In most cases this means your plan has already been activated, and once activated it cannot be re-activated. If you do not know your service location, please contact us at (844)-692-2700 extension 2 and leave a message. We will reply within 24 hours.

I'd like a closer service center to my house.

If you recently (within 90 days)  activated your plan The current service center you have is the closets participating service center we have to your home. We update locations every 3 months and would be happy to look for you again. Please contact us at (844)-692-2700 extension 2 and leave a message. We will reply within 24 hours.

Does my plan cover all makes and models?

Our plan is valid on every make and model. Keep in mind the oil changes on our plan do have a max value equal to the service centers standard oil change price. The service center will apply this credit towards the cost of your specific vehicle. If necessary, you simply pay the difference at the service center.  All of this is noted on your plan guidelines as well. To avoid any confusion please read and sign the back of your maintenance plan prior to receiving service. I never received my 2 Year Maintenance Plan.

No problem we can send you a new plan absolutely free. It usually takes 3-6 business days in the mail to receive it. The service center I was assigned to is no longer participating.

I thought the oil changes were supposed to be free.

Our 2 year maintenance plan covers five (5) conventional, up to  5 quarts of  oil, filter, and multi-point inspection. The value of the included oil changes are equal to your service centers conventional oil change price. If your vehicle requires synthetic oil or you wish to upgrade to synthetic oil ,the service center will only charge you the difference. Keep in mind your plan was of no cost to you, so your still receiving a great savings even if your oil change is not completely free!

Can I take my car anywhere for this service?

Our plan is guaranteed at ASE certified service centers in our network and when you activate your plan it will register your unique certificate number to the closest service center to your address. You are not required to use our plan. It comes complimentary with your vehicle and is aimed at saving you money at a reputable service center. If you wish to use a different service center or have a preferred service center please refer your service center to us at (844) 692-2700  ext. 5 and if they qualify, we can add them to our network. 

I forgot my service center. How do I find it?

If you have activated your plan already check your email or junk email for your service center information. Our website does not have a log in for customers. The log in is for service centers to verify customers only. If you have already activated your plan and do not know your service center Please contact us at (844)-692-2700 extension 2 and leave a message. We will reply within 24 hours.

Can I switch my service center location?

Once you active your plan the certificate number is immediately registered to a specific service center. Because we partner with many different brands of service centers our plan is non-transferrable to multiple service centers. If there is a reason why you cannot use your registered service center due to moving, or other unforeseen circumstances, please contact us at (844)-692-2700 extension 2 and leave a message. Is the 2 Year Maintenance Plan a warranty too?
